The Britest team supported outreach projects and attended science festivals, trade shows and fairs as part of RESILIENCE in 2025
RESILIENCE creates and delivers training courses for the UK medicines manufacturing community, including industry, NHS and education providers, engaging with end users to ensure training adapts to keep pace with evolving technology and sector priorities, such as digital technology, artificial intelligence, data analysis and environmental sustainability.
The project looks to develop and nurture the UK talent pipeline through education, mentoring and outreach, scaling-up talent growth across the UK through an affiliate membership network, giving widespread access to educational and outreach materials.
The team utilises a range of different training approaches to ensure standardisation, accessibility for diverse learning styles, and net zero through digital skills development.
In 2025, Britest supported RESILIENCE at a wide range of events, festivals and careers fair across the UK and beyond.
