F3 Factory Interest Group Meeting

Industrial and academic organisations across Europe are invited to participate in the second F³ Factory interest group meeting. The event will take place at the INVITE Research Centre, Leverkusen, Germany on 15th November 2011 and will provide an early opportunity to view the new F³ Factory backbone demonstrator facility.

This annual dissemination event is also a unique opportunity for the European chemical processing community to:

• engage with industrial and academic partners in the F³ Factory project
• share learning and experiences on new process intensification and process design approaches
• gain access to generic knowledge and know-how for the design of modularised production containers
• provide input to the standardisation and automation methodology required to support widespread  implementation of the F³ Factory concept  
• help identify training requirements that will enable potential users to fully benefit from F³ Factory approaches
