Britest Associates benefit from access to a number of optional support services which are designed to help you maximise the benefits and value gained from your use of the Britest toolkit.

Just like any new set of tools, you can make best use of Britest tools with a bit of guidance from experienced users along the way. Your main source of insight is the Britest Delivery Team, who are all skilled group facilitators as well as experienced Britest practitioners. Our Senior Innovation Specialists know what is needed to scope, plan, prepare and deliver targeted, productive sessions, and how to turn the output of a Britest study into beneficial outcomes for your business.

Other resources include case studies contributed by, and collated from, the experience of our members which help set Britest in an organisational context as well as give you access to "tales from the trenches".

Once you are competent in using the Britest tools, we recommend your lead Britest users attend our highly acclaimed Facilitation Skills Training course. This will equip them with the skills and knowledge to start taking on this pivotal role for yourselves.
