Facilitator Training

Ultimately the best way of maximising outputs and value of your Britest studies is to build up the facilitation skills which are at the heart of any successful study.

Britest offers an interactive one day Facilitation Skills Training course specifically designed to help individuals within our Member and Associate organisations develop the confidence and skills needed to conduct and extract full value from a Britest study. It is also a very effective training model for anyone wishing to explore core facilitation skills as part of their personal development planning.

The course programme covers:

• Core facilitation skills and tactics, and
  
• Facilitation skills specific to Britest studies.

The course can be delivered as a bespoke in-house training programme for groups of 6 to 15 people. For individuals or smaller groups, Open Courses are offered throughout the year, subject to demand.
